Is this retreat suitable for beginners/non-yoga practitioners?
Yes! We welcome all levels. Modifications are provided, and our intention is to give you a break from your routine to reset and recharge. Ultimately, we focus on mindful practice, not on how deeply your body can bend.
What style of yoga will be practiced?
We offer different practices like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative, or some variation of these styles. Each session is adjusted to fit the schedule. Classes include breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation. Modifications are always provided for beginners.
I have injuries/health concerns/dietary restrictions. Can I still attend?
Please consult your doctor prior to joining. With advance notice, we can accommodate most conditions and requirements. Please inform us before you sign up
What’s a typical day like?
We end the day with a light practice after dinner. We typically begin the day with a morning yoga session and a nutritious breakfast. Activities such as guided tours, exploration, free time, or special classes will then follow. We conclude each day with a gentle practice after dinner.
Is this silent/hardcore yoga and meditation retreat?
No. We intend for our retreats to feel grounded in day-to-day reality. We incorporate yoga philosophy, meditation, and mindfulness throughout, introducing concepts gently, especially for beginners. While we encourage an open mind, no activity will ever be forced upon you.
